LIFE: A Well Deserved Catch Up

Apologies for the late post! I'm having a really exciting..but stressful.. time at the moment. Applying for jobs for my placement year, finding the perfect flat to move into with my boyfriend and also trying to find someone to replace me in my room, on top of the usual: uni, work, and trying to stay on top of BWB (please have a look if you haven't already)!

But I'm feeling positive, last week I had to do some online tests for my dream job at L'Oréal and totally thought I flopped them. But after receiving an email inviting me to a telephone interview and then getting an invite to the assessment centre I'm just so bloody happy! I've told myself to that I'm not going to let my nerves get in the way of hopefully getting my dream job! Keep your fingers crossed for me!

I thought I'd kind of fill you in with a few things, there's no structure to this post but hey ho.

Two of my lovely course mates at uni are from Sweden and they've completely got me hooked on so many Swedish bloggers recently! I've always thought the Scandinavian bloggers/insta people (what is the actual term for this?!) have such great style & fashion sense and now I'm totally in love with their style of writing and blogging. It's more common for daily shorter blogs, and even though I know I don't have many 'readers' or 'fans' like they do, I've been considering trying to attempt this! Maybe not daily, but at least 3/4 times a week.

I want to break my perfectionism.
I cannot and will not ever be faultless.
I must stop criticising every post that I write.
I need to stop pressing delete rather than publish.

I'll link a few of the blogs I've been introduced to, and you'll see what I mean:
Kenza
Johanna Olsson
Janni Delér

I just love how genuine and natural the posts seem. By reading, you do actually get to know the writers & that is something I really want to achieve! Also, their photography and style is so inspiring to me! One day...!

& Finally, I've decided once I move into my new place next month and get settled I'm going to start YouTube! If you have any recommendations please do share!  I'm not sure what my channel is going to be focused on. But I find it so amazing how we can use the internet to document our lives. To be able to scroll back and relive our memories!

Anyway, that's enough of a ramble from me. Hopefully I'll be sharing a lot more often from now on! Hope you're all doing ok!
